There is such a stage in the year when we promise ourselves this time so precisely to start a new life. This is a New Year period. Isn’t it? But something is always going wrong. Unfortunately. But it is so desirable to start a new life: to open your own business, to eat healthy food, to engage constantly in sports, to buy a new car and a house, and finally to be happy.

The correct goal, not a wish, should correspond to 5 main characteristics: S-specific, M-measurable, A-archivable, R-realistic, T-timeable: SMART.

I offer you 5 solutions for a New Year, which will allow you to meet the next 2021 year with another – a qualitatively new and high standard of living. If you follow the recommended techniques and implement them of course. Are you ready for your great success this year?

1. Set yourself a target with the desired indicators by the end of 2020. Write it by hand! This is the very first and most important task. The correct goal, not a wish, should correspond to 5 main characteristics: S-specific, M-measurable, A-archivable, R-realistic, T-timeable: SMART. It seems a simple and long-known tool, but the power of his action is immense. You, having worked your goal according to these parameters, clearly outline its boundaries and focus your attention, and accordingly time, resources on its achievement, rather than waste precious time on empty surfing on the Internet or solving petty tasks. Let me explain my idea in the following example. One person guesses a New Year’s wish: “I want more money”, and the second sets out the following goal: “By December 31, 2020, I will increase the profit of my current business by 20%.” In the second variant, we have also specifics (income), which can be measured (in percentage), and time limitation, as well as reality and feasibility. Unlike the first request, where a person is simply ready to wait for more money to be dumped on him from the sky, he is not ready to do anything himself. And in what way is the goal more realistic? And if in still determine the reasons why you want what you want – it will significantly enhance your focus in moving toward the goal.

2. Create a list of what you WILL NOT do anymore. Never. From 01/01/20 and never again. Write it down! The ability to say NO is one of the most important qualities of a successful person. No – as a response to distractions in moving toward a goal; no – as a firm move away from bad habits; no – as delineating boundaries and priorities in life-making decisions, no – as a clear commitment. Think: What could be the worst result if you continue to do so? And it can be both lethal outcomes, and just in an empty lived life. And what can change for the better if you do get the strength and refuse senseless actions and fill your daily controlled actions with purposeful actions? Yes, everything can be transformed!

Everyone needs support. The more ambitious the goal, the more powerful it should be.

3. Provide the equipment that supports you on the way to implement the tasks from 1 and 2. Several tools can effectively support a conscious person in his efforts to change a life that does not suit him, you need to try them and identify those that support you. Everyone needs support. The more ambitious the goal, the more powerful it should be. Here are some of them:

a) the technique “it’s erased-erased”. We have set goals for the whole year with you. It is clear that during the year (if not to say that every day and several times) you will have destructive thoughts: Why do I need it? I can’t get it! It’s not real! I give up! I’m tired! Once you can and you can get frustrated! In such situations, you simply say “it’s erased-erased” several times with the belief that such thoughts disappear. This allows your brain to switch from negative to the constructive side with a small fraction of humor.

b) draw mentally an awful picture of what will happen if you refuse your good intentions. It can be a picture of your funeral, serious illness, poverty and other terrible conditions. The frightening picture of a potential outcome if you abandon your goal, the more effective it will support you in the way of achieving it. Try It!

c) the Hawaiian method of the ho’oponopono, according to which you say: I’m sorry – I love you-  Please forgive me – Thank you. This is a certain type of appeal to the Supreme and purification of one’s thoughts, which allows you to get rid of the negative and destructive. In addition, to the above mentioned, it is very pacifying and attuned to positive, without which it is definitely impossible to create something great.

d) treat failures as experience. The experience allowed Tomas Edison to make the thousandth attempt at nevertheless to come up with an electric lamp, and not surrender after the first failure. The negative result is the same result that tells us that next time we need to change our approach to the problem in a certain way, and the next time in a different way and so on. Our attitude toward the situation determines our future.

4. Draw the wheel of the balance of life. It is a fundamental tool that allows you to look at all the basic aspects of your life and to clearly identify areas for improvement. These aspects can be: Personal development, work, finance, family, spiritual development, friendship, health, rest. You in each of the 8 sectors, on a scale of 1 to 10, determine the desired level of achievement by the end of the year and the current situation. Then the difference between reality and goals becomes obvious. You can only ask yourself questions: What can/should be tightened? At the expense of what? How do I do this?

WHAT if? A stunning question that stimulates your thinking and creativity in the desired directions. It simultaneously removes the limiting beliefs.

5. WHAT if? A stunning question that stimulates your thinking and creativity in the desired directions. It simultaneously removes the limiting beliefs and simultaneously presents the nearest future, which if already appeared in your mind, can definitely become your reality.

a) what if you have already done it and you have succeeded?

b) what if you have already accomplished what you want: what do you feel and do differently now?

c) what if you have all the necessary resources to achieve the goal? How will you act now?

d) what if you could ask for advice from any person? Who is it and what does he advise you?

e) what if the magic fairy has removed all obstacles on your way to the goal. What then?

You will spend an hour to complete these exercises, but they can change your entire subsequent life by taking it to a new level! Then every day you have to give yourself the word that you will mentally draw the desired picture of the future to support yourself in the path of transformational change and turn yourself into someone you deserve to be.

Do you have just an hour for this?
